FAQ / Policies

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit/debit cards, ApplePay, and cash. No personal checks please.
Are you an antique mall?
No. Southern Restyle is wholly owned and operated as an independent small business with an active on-site workshop where we create, repurpose, upcycle, and restyle all of our own pieces.
Is everything you sell on your website?
While we'd love to post every item we sell on our website, our items change so frequently that it would be difficult to keep up. We'd love for you to visit our Monthly Market Days to see the variety of items we have to offer.
How do I receive my order?
Most orders are received immediately, on site, at our Monthly Market Days events. We also offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States Only. We ship most products, however larger pieces and furniture must be either picked up locally or can be delivered within 30 miles of our shop in Camden, South Carolina 29020.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Reclaimed and restyle furniture and accessories are sold as-is, without warranty, and are non-refundable. Please note that many pieces are intentionally rustic or distressed, which is keeping with its style and/or function. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
Please note: Items damaged due to improper care after delivery/shipment are not eligible for return or exchange. New items that appear to have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.
