Crazy, Creative Dreamer

Maker of the Stuff

Southern Restyle began with a simple, antique coffee grinder. It was my first online auction, and from my purchase of the coffee grinder and some miscellaneous junk, I got the bug to start this business. I love to take old, forgotten furniture and decor and give it new life -- either repurposing it as something complete different or simply restyling it with a fresh finish. Adding vintage and new decor, as well as housewares and scented products, offers a relaxed blend of rustic and farmhouse style.

Perseverance and determination is what has kept my passion alive. I’m thankful that my husband and kids have persevered with me. We’ve met our fair share of hardship over the last couple of years, but have been steadfast on the journey. While we were on the road in 2018, we met some wonderful new vendor friends. Even though we will miss seeing them regularly, we are so very thankful to be back in Camden.

We have expanded our efforts, giving us the opportunity to make Southern Restyle a destination. It will take some work, but I’m excited that y’all get to see our progress first-hand. Join us for our barn sales -- one weekend each month. There is usually a theme (a specific focus) for each event, depending on the season. We look forward to seeing YOU! Our goal is to welcome every person as a member of our family!

We are a family-owned business who gladly lives based on Christian values. We believe our business encompasses the concept of taking broken, unwanted, or tired things and making them brand new again. It parallels what God can do inside each of us. Scripture says, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."
(2 Corinthians 5:17). We pray that our workmanship reflects God's love to everyone we encounter.
